Through a guided practice (an alchemy of pranayama, kriya, meditation), we will harness the universal life-force energy for healing and transformation.

 

This practice is not only for ourselves, but for the collective; when we come together in search of healing and spiritual growth, we amplify our light and create transformation on both an individual and a community level.
