I am French and live in Brussels, Belgium. I love to share my passion for yoga and give my students tools to empower themselves through their practice. After some very rich and inspiring years as a creative marketer in the fragrance industry, I decided to leave the corporate world to pursue a more creative and personal path.
Over seven years ago, I went to Rishikesh, India to complete my initial yoga training. This deeply transformative experience led me to understand the power of yoga to transform our lives. Since then, I have continued to immerse myself in the study of the subtler aspects of yoga (pranayama, meditation, mantra, kriya, philosophy, Ayurveda, Hatha, Tantra, Kundalini, yin...) with my teacher Kia Miller, as well as Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Sat Siri, Anand Mehrotra, Mas Vidal, Annie Au, to name a few.
While living in Hong Kong I discovered the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and the power of sound healing. I’ve been practicing with them for several years now, integrating them to my yoga classes for deep relaxation. In 2019 I had the pleasure to study with Yantara Jiro for the first time, which gave me new tools for empowerment and transformation. Along my path I discovered the wonderful world of energy and sound healing. I got my certification as a Reiki Master a few years ago, and recently studied Quantum Energy Healing with Yantara.
"For me, the magic of a yoga class is to share the ancient teachings and transpose them into our modern day and age. This allows us to find a sense of connection to the Self and to our purpose. I believe in our potential to empower ourselves to live a more radiant, conscious and happy life."
My classes incorporate a connection between breath & movement, mindful flow & internal experiences. They are very accessible and yet powerful and transformative. This holistic practice of yoga is the perfect way to make you feel centred, connected and elevated. All levels of practice are welcome!
All you need is an open mind and a touch of curiosity.
