I am here to support you in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing at all stages of your life. 

 

By weaving several styles of yoga I draw on the ancient traditions and adapt them to our modern lifestyles. 

 

Your practice with me  typically consists of movements (asana), breath work (pranayama), meditation.

 

The focus changes depending on your needs: grounding, empowering, uplift, strengthening, detox, calm, relaxing…

SOUND HEALING

Join me for a sound bath and relax with the high vibrations of pure Alchemy Crystal bowls.

 

A sound bath is a restorative and holistic experience which helps you elevate your frequency and restore harmony.
